With Pamela and John joining for their first INVSOC potluck, we enjoyed Shanelle’s home made berry ice cream and “tasty coconut chocolate square things” :-) In a few days, Hannah leaves for aid work in Samoa. We’re very proud to know so many passionate volunteers, throughout the Invercargill Vegan Society.
“Spicy Veggie Pizza”, “Vege Triangles and sweet + sour dip with pineapple”, “Willy’s Chilli” and cranberry and cashew roast. “Creamy leek, potato carrot + red lentil soup”, with baked bolognese, curry and banana bread.
Hannah’s great pizza, with extra helpings of mushrooms. Jordan’s favourite fungi! /S
Gathered around the INVSOC boardroom table….for a mid winters potluck :-)
Chilli, bolognese and samosa.
Variety is the spice of life, and there were plenty of spices on offer.
Shanelle brought home made icecream! Frozen banana, berries and a dash of love, served from a bowl.
Jay’s Banana Bread
The infamous and eternal “Tasty coconut chocolate square things”
With their powers combined…..
Thank you everyone for joining in for a great night :-)
