July 2014 marked our first regular Invercargill Vegan Society potluck held at the Invercargill Public Library :-)  We’ve loved holding potlucks in our homes these last three years, but it’s time to expand.

Thank you very much to the Invercargill Public Library for allowing us to use the first floor Meeting Room.  Nestled behind the logo, between the escalators, it is a fantastic venue for vegan events!

Chocolate Coconut Cream tart, with vegan cheesecake and “Kath’s Lemon Loaf with Happy Rainbow Sprinkles”.  As great as the first two desserts were, it’s hard to beat “happy rainbow sprinkles”!
